Guest suite in Mortimer Common

Springbank is a rustic self-contained annex (attached to the main house via a locked door) located in a secluded rural setting, a quarter of mile from the village of Mortimer, West Berkshire. It consists of a double room with a super king sized bed, shower room upstairs and a well equipped kitchen /sitting room downstairs, with a sofa bed. The annex was the original stable block for the Georgian brewery next door. The space Downstairs the living space consists of an open plan kitchen which is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave, a Digital TV with Freeview and an armchair and sofa (which can open into a bed). Upstairs has a double bedroom with a comfortable king size bed with white linen sheets, a large wardrobe and a shower room. The locked adjoining door to the main house is located at the bottom of the stairs. Guest access The annex has it's own front door with a key safe to allow independent access.
