The space The equally impressive 4000 square feet of interior offers carefully considered spaces designed for comfort and luxuriously up to date relaxation. Superb views are to be inevitably enjoyed with the clever reorienting of the house and the contemporary embodiment of Glass. The heart of the home, the kitchen, is met first by any entering guest with the first of three living spaces conveniently adjacent. The remaining two sitting rooms are reached down the light and airy entrance corridor or through the interconnecting nature of the floor plan. Light and space are the essence of the house. The second and cosier of the sitting rooms features quality furnishings and bookshelves designed and built by the architect and a multi fuel stove, the benefit of which can also be felt in the third living space. This final, grander reception room features a Yamaha grand piano and comfortable seating looking out on the garden space and the same beautiful picturesque view. Additional to the three living spaces and the kitchen are two dining areas. A breakfast room with space for 6 looks out over the valley and is graced with beautiful views all the day long. And a dining room with space for 12 is perfect for evening use yet just as light and spacious. A beautiful light-well combined with the clever placement of mirrors illuminating the space throughout the day. Please note that, because the house is built on a hill, the ground floor is on several different levels and there are steps to access different rooms. We have DVD players and access to an iMac 27 inch computer for browsing and online activity. Upstairs one can find 5 spacious bedrooms with high quality luxury bedding. Four stylish double rooms, one with an additional fold out single bed, and a triple single bedroom featuring a bunkbed and additional slide-out bed. Two bathrooms with both baths and showers and an en-suite shower room service the five bedrooms. Outside can be found a luxury hot tub spa and additional outdoor seating area which overlooks the gorgeous landscape view. We have luxury furniture that seats 12 and a barbecue for that spring summer lifestyle. We also have an outdoor 16 foot trampoline. In the triple garage we have quality pub standard pool table and table tennis table to keep everyone entertained. All in all you are sure to have a most memorable stay. Guest access The entirety of the house as described will be available for guests. You will either be personally greeted and presented with keys, or a front door key will be left in a lock box for self check in.
