East Boldon has a host of options for good food and drink, as well as excellent local amenities, including a shop 2 mins walk away that's open 6am-11pm and East Boldon metro station a 5 min walk away. Set in the heart of this wonderful village the house is a warm and vibrant place ideal for those wishing to lodge for work or as a base for travel. The space The beautiful periodic features give this home a wonderful elegant feel, guests always feel at home and are amazed at how vast the space is as you walk in the door, given all room sizes are big with high ceilings and large windows and doors. There is also outside space which can be enjoyed. Guest access Guests have their own lounge and can use the kitchen/diner and communal bathroom/ toilets. During your stay I am available by phone/text/ email for any questions etc. I aim for the right balance of socialising and interacting with guests as well as giving them space.
