The house is located in a new quiet little residential area. Has a playground, natural surroundings such as forest and a small lake within walking distance from the home. Nice neighbors. For those traveling by public transport: Can pick up and bring to Kjevik airport, bus terminal or train station in Arendal. We'll take care of most things! The space Sunny. No view from the rear terrace facing nature. From the garden swing or sunbed you can enjoy the peace with a good book, listen to music and just enjoy the sun and warmth on sunny days. The terrace on the south side has a high gate that shields well for privacy from the outside and here it is good to sit when it gets too hot on the other terraces. There is rich vegetation and a garden pond with goldfish. Other things to note The owner has two cats that have a permanent residence in the garage with a cat hatch in the door, where they sleep and eat.
