The house is located in a new quiet little residential area. Has playground, natural surroundings like forest and a small water in walking distance from the residence. Pleasant neighbors. For those traveling collectively: Can pick up and bring to Kjevik Airport, buus terminal or train station in Arendal. We take care of most things! The space Sunny. No access to the back terrace that faces out to nature. From the garden swing or the sunbed you can enjoy the peace with a good book, listen to music and just enjoy the sun and warmth on sunny days. The terrace on the south side has a high gate that screens well for outside access and here is good to sit when it gets too hot on the other terraces.
