With all the modern amenities, our contemporary accommodation will allow you to relax and unwind, whilst being only a few minutes walk to 7 miles of sand and sea. If you are looking for fun, the Holiday Park boasts facilities such as Swimming Pools, Restaurant, Go-Karts, Mini Golf, Soft Play and plenty of evening entertainment for all the family. The space Beautiful, modern 2 bedroom caravan, perfectly situated to enjoy the uninterrupted marsh views and the local wildlife. The master bedroom boasts a good size king bedroom with en-suite toilet, this room will easily fit an additional travel cot. The second bedroom is a twin room, plus a sofabed in the living room, sleeping a total of 6 people. The kitchen is spacious and includes a full size fridge freezer, plus everything you need to cook during your stay. 1 small dog is welcomed to stay in this caravan (see house rules). LOUNGE – Modern sitting room with plenty of comfy sofa seating for all the family. Plasma TV with DVD & Freeview perfect for those wanting a quiet break with films and a loved one. The open plan lounge is sectioned off from kitchen area with table and chairs for dining. PLEASE NOTE: The lounge bi fold doors are temporarily out of action and therefore reflected in the pricing. KITCHEN – Spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen perfect for sociable cooking. Loaded with everything you will need to stay in and cook if you so choose. BEDROOMS – Master en-suite King room, with a twin room. Sofa bed in the living room. BATHROOMS – Main bathroom with good size shower, toilet and sink. Plus a extra single toilet(en-suite). PARKING - Short distance away on a first come first served basis This caravan does not have its own Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is available on site from Wifinity starting at £3.99. Please go to Parkdean reception for further details Please Note: Electric vehicle charging is NOT permitted on this property due to regulations and potential liability. If you have an electric vehicle you need to charge please locate the closest public charging station before your arrival. Please also refrain from charging e-bikes and electric scooters at this property. YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME. Other things to note Important Information *Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm. Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Parkdean Resorts Office upon arrival, we aren't able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability. The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book. *Linens and towels will be provided for all guests listed on the booking - so please ensure the guest details are correct on your booking. *The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ's, you will need to provide your own. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable). *Camber Getaways are a local agent who look after privately owned properties for their owners. You will be sent checking in and property details 48 hours prior to your arrival via email, so please ensure you check your messages and emails.
