This ground floor apartment is popular for couples or small families who want solid real wood furniture and classic television/hi-fi equipment, as well as the amenities of a large, modern bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and dryer and a separate kitchen with four Appreciate seating and dining table. The bedroom with a large closet has a box spring bed. Pets cost a flat rate of €10 per night. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a living room with double sofa bed, a cozy bedroom with a large closet and safe for your valuables and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, microwave. The large bathroom with toilet, sink and bathtub has a corner with washing machine and dryer. In the living area You will find a flatscreen TV with DVD, a modern Hifi system with multimedia receiver (also Bluetooth!) and a Magnat 3.1 Audio system. The living space is 50 square meters. The apartment has a parking space for cars or 3-4 motorcycles, bicycles can be safely parked in the garage. Guest access The apartment includes a parking space for a car or two motorcycles; bicycles can be safely parked in the garage if desired. There is also a charging station and a high-pressure cleaner for washing the e-bikes. In the garage we have tools and bike racks available for simple repairs. We are an ADFC-certified “Bed and Bike” company. The location of the house is hard to beat: in the middle of town and yet traffic-free in the spa gardens, the town square and the shopping center can be reached on foot from the front door in 3 minutes. You can walk to the “Kurparkstuben” restaurant and the mini golf and playground in under a minute, and to the swimming pool and the “Oversum” wellness facilities in 4 minutes. Even the well-known ski lift carousel and the bike park can be reached on foot if necessary (distance 1.2 km)! But no one has to walk there, the S40 bus stops 50m from the front door and takes you to the entrance to the lifts within minutes. In the park itself you will find mini golf courses, table tennis, a children's playground, fitness facilities and an outdoor stage. We still can't believe it ourselves! Other things to note Skiers, motorcyclists and cyclists are warmly welcome! Please note: the city of Winterberg charges private guests a tourist tax per night and person aged 16 and over, but in return issues a tourist card that gives you access to an extensive discounted offer: In winter this is the “Sauerland card” with significant discounts on ski passes and numerous other attractions. In addition, public transport is free during your stay!
