Swedish cottage with ocean views in peaceful nature

Relax with your family in this peaceful mjöbäcksvilla with the most beautiful view of the sea towards Reersø. In the area there is a beach right by the house and a short distance to Mullerup Harbour with restaurant, kiosk and ice cream stand. You can also go to beautiful Reersø with the tailless cats. In the cottage there are two terraces that are covered and a large garden from where you can see the sea. There is room to sunbathe with a fresh summer drink, while you can hear the wind in the trees, the waves roaring and the kids playing in the garden. The space In the summerhouse there is an entrance with room for shoes and outerwear. On the left side there is a bathroom. From the entrance hall you enter the kitchen with a dining area that seats 5 people. On the left side of the kitchen there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a bunk bed and two single beds of 70 x 200. In the second bedroom is a double bed consisting of two beds of 90 x 200. Further from the kitchen is a living room with two sofas and an armchair. From here you can enjoy the view of the water and Reersø on one side and the view of a green garden on the other side where there is a veranda with dining area. The house has an associated annex with no sleeping arrangements. Cleaning room with washing machine is found through a door from the outside on the left side of the front door. There is a large key found in the entrance hall. Other things to note Always clean and tidy up after the stay. Our cleaning fee of DKK 150 covers our transportation costs and the extra cleaning we do between guest visits. If you borrow any bed linen, kitchen towels or tablecloth, it must be washed and hung up before departure. Remember the summerhouse is located in the middle of nature with water and green areas, where insects and other animals thrive. Therefore, it is to be expected that the outdoor areas must be wiped down before use, despite also cleaning these before your arrival, it will not be many hours before insects have come back. Mosquito spray is also recommended.
