We offer a beautiful rustic and modernized large apartment in the heart of Bad Königshofen. It covers over 110 square meters and is located on the sunny side of the marketplace, where you can have a perfect view. In total there are 4 bedrooms (3 pure bedrooms and 1 living room with box spring bed) A special highlight is the 30 m² roof terrace. The high-quality kitchen equipment and washing machine are worth mentioning - perfect for longer stays. The space The living room is basically rustic. The building was built before 1884, the second floor was added around 1960, now freshly renovated and updated and modernized. Throughout the apartment, we have installed state-of-the-art lamps, which are mainly equipped with LED technology. The lamp in the bathroom can be dimmed by means of a switch. Guest access On the ground floor is our café business, which we have been running ourselves since 2021. Our opening hours there are daily from 9 am to 6 pm, also on Sundays and public holidays. Feel free to have breakfast there. On Sundays and holidays we offer our gourmet brunch. We ask for a reservation. Since the café on the ground floor is public, you can also linger here at any time. The café is conveniently accessible via the staircase. In the café there is breakfast a la carte, a small lunch table and the largest homemade cake and pie selection of all of Bad Königshofen.
