We offer here a beautiful rustic and modernized large apartment apartment in the heart of Bad Königshofen. It covers over 110 square meters and is located on the sunny side of the market square, where you can take a perfect view. In total there are 4 bedrooms (3 pure bedrooms and 1 living room with box spring bed) A special highlight is the 30 m² roof terrace. Highlight is the high-quality kitchen equipment and washing machine - perfect for longer stays. The space The living room is basically rustic. The building was built before 1884, the second floor was set up around 1960, now newly renovated and updated and modernized. In the entire apartment we have installed the most modern lamps, which are mainly equipped with LED technology. The lamp in the bathroom can be dimmed by means of a circuit. Guest access On the ground floor, our cafe service, which we have been running since 2021. Our opening hours there are daily from 9 am to 6 pm, also on Sundays and public holidays. Feel free to have breakfast there. We offer our gourmet brunch on Sundays and holidays. We ask for reservation. Since the café on the ground floor is public, you can also stay here at any time. The café is practically accessible via the staircase. In the café there is breakfast a la carte, small lunch and the largest homemade cake and cake selection of all Bad Königshofen.
