Barn conversion in a gated property located down a leafy lane, within a short walk to pubs, restaurants and local amenities. This is the perfect location for those looking for an escape, but still perfectly located within walking distance to local country walks, the local village and a short drive to the Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells. The space The entrance to the property is from the wooden deck leading to an open plan kitchen, living and dining area leading to the double bedroom, with en0suite shower room at the rear of the property. Stairs from the living area lead to a double bedroom with separate shower room. Please note there are steps leading up to the wooden deck and entrance to the property. The stairs leading to the bedroom upstairs are quite steep so please take care. Finally there are 2 steps from the kitchen area into to the main living and dining area. Guests can make use of the grass area to the right of the barn but note this is shared with the main house and 2nd barn on the property. Finally there are a couple of super friendly, but barky dogs on the property that will likely welcome you when you arrive. Guest access Guests can make use of the tennis court during their stay by request, the tennis court is charged at 20 pounds per session and payable in cash to the owner at the main house.
