La Fontica Annex Restored Old Blocks

La Fontica is a 200-year-old family home with the architecture of Lower Sanabria, recently renovated respecting its old characteristics with a touch of sophistication and modernity. The Annex offers private and unique rooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, private garden and common garden. It is located in the cozy village of Villanueva de Valrojo, at the foot of the Sierra de la Culebra, a village well known for its famous Carnivals and proximity to nature. The space The Annex is a separate, wheelchair-accessible house, which were the old blocks. The house sleeps 4 adults. The ancient stone walls have been recovered and created a modern, vibrant space with a kitchen, living room, fireplace, and sliding doors overlooking the garden. The lower floor contains a double bedroom (Snug) and one bathroom with construction shower (wetroom). In the modern iron mezzanine it has an additional bedroom (Buhardilla) overlooking the living room.
