Jūrmala Pines

Holiday house Jurmalas Priedes (Seaside Pines) is located in pine forest 150 m from sandy beach. My family (we live in another house on the same plot of land) warmly welcomes you all year round. The house consists of two separate parts, and thus suitable for two families or families with grandparents. We provide all the necessary amenities, and you can always reach us if necessary. Free parking and free Wi-Fi internet also are provided. Almost private white sandy beach is just across the dune! The space The entire unit (100 m2) is located on ground floor. For summer comfort windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Main bedroom has one large double bed (160x200 cm), and living room has very comfortable fully convertible sofa 160x200 cm. For infants and small children (up to 3 years) we can provide baby cot free of charge. If necessary, an additional folding bed for older child can be added. Another part of home has billiards, which can be converted to large diner or pingpong table, sauna and additional sleeping arrangements for 3 people - large double bed (160x200 cm) and convertible sofa (125x190 cm). Please, note, that both parts are not connected inside! Guest access You can use the terrace in the front of the building (with outside dining area during the summer) as well as kid's playground and all common areas of the garden. We also provide BBQ facilities. Other things to note Final cleaning is included in the price. For stays longer than 8 nights we will provide weekly bed linen change. Towels are changed twice weekly for stays longer than 4 nights (or we simply leave extra towels, so, you can change when you need them). For 4-6 nights stays off-season (September - May), get a 10% discount (I will manually adjust the price upon request). For longer stays, inquire for a special price!
