New cottage with fantastic location 200 meters from the beach

You will stay in a detached guest house with a large terrace facing the sea. The house is bright and comfortable. There is A/C. We want you to enjoy your stay with us. Immediate proximity to nice bike paths and beautiful walks to different coves, cliffs with trampolines. To the train station in Åsa, about 3 km. Bus stop 150 meters. To Varberg 30 km. Kungsbacka 25 km, Ullared 40 km, Gothenburg 50 km. The space The house is a detached cottage of about 65 m2 living space, of which about 15 m2 is a sleeping loft. Air Conditioning. Kitchen with extra equipment. Bathroom with washer and dryer as well as a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and desk downstairs. In the sleeping loft, there is a sofa bed for two people, a single bed, Smart TV connected to the internet via WiFi. Children's bed, travel bed type, available for the very little ones as well as a baby gate in the loft. The cottage has a terrace of 80 m2 with garden furniture, gas grill and parasol that you have at your disposal. Guest access The surroundings are perfect for beach walks and bike trails (Kattegattleden runs on the old embankment right next to it), there are both along the sea and inland (Hallandsleden). It is excellent to travel by buses and trains, even on weekends. Other things to note We assume that you as a tenant clean up after yourself and leave the house in the condition it was in upon arrival. Recycling is available next to the cottage. Cleaning equipment is available. We then corona-secure between each rental. Pillows, blankets and duvets are provided. Bed linen and towels are available for SEK 100 per set.
