Mulberry Court is a light and spacious self-catering 3 bedroomed home in a residential close, aimed at families, in the small village of Pagham, West Sussex. 5 minutes walk to the local beach. Location is everything here with the local beach and Pagham Yacht club and Nature Reserve on your doorstep. A little further afield is the famous Butlins in Bognor Regis, West Wittering beaches and Chichester town centre. 2 dogs are welcome. No cats. The space We have a good cleaning and hygiene programme which complied with Covid 19 rules and we continue to maintain the same high level of cleanliness. Mulberry Court is within a small residential area, just 5 minute walk to the local beach and small amusements arcade, including Pagham Beach and Yacht club. Other areas of interest such as the historic market town of Chichester, Arundel Castle, Goodwood and West Wittering are all within a short drive, including Chichester college which is a 5 minute drive away. The house is spacious and comfortable with all your needs catered for. Local shops are a minute walk away including a good Co-Op store; Indian and Chinese takeaways and restaurants, which means you can unpack and relax immediately. Dog friendly! Guest access You will have sole use of the entire home during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped including washing machine, cooker, steamer, electric carving knife and slow cooker. We also include condiments such as tea, coffee, salt & pepper, cooking oils etc. You are welcome to use anything in the cupboards. Small enclosed back garden with designated parking space, outside the garage (please note you will not have access to the garage). Other things to note For those with walking difficulties you would be best to park on the grass verge as the walk round to the front of the house is shorter from here, than from outside the garage. The distance from the car to the house is approx. 100 yards. 2 dogs allowed but no cats.
