Our Townhouse, located in Saw Creek Estates, is a 3-floor home that comfortably sleeps 8 people. We offer: • A double-suite bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a Sofa • A master bedroom with a Queen bed • A bedroom with a full bed • A fully furnished living room with fireplace • A dining room with large table • Private outdoor deck • Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and standing shower • Free Wifi • 2 Off street Parking Spaces • Access to all Saw Creek Amenities The space This is a quiet Townhouse located in the Poconos mountains about 10 minutes away from the Poconos' favorite local activities such as Shawnee Ski Resort, which offers skiing and snow tubing, as well as Keystone Sate's most famous scenic attraction Bushkill Falls (also known as "the Niagara of Pennsylvania"). Upon entering our home you are greeted by a warm and inviting interior with a full-sized kitchen and dining area to the left (equipped with all basic utensils and cookware for your convenience), a half-bathroom, and an open seating area with a fireplace and two comfortable couches to the right. (Fireplace is available for use, you will just have to bring/purchase firewood separately) Past the living room is an outdoor patio/deck that is perfect for lounging/grilling in the summer (Grill is available for use, you will just have to bring your own charcoal) The deck offers a small peak into Mill Pond across the street. On the second floor, there are two rooms - a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and second room with a full-sized bed. Both bedrooms have adequate wardrobe space and flat screen TVs for your entertainment (all TVs are equipped with access to Netflix). On the same floor is a beautiful full-bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a standing shower. Complementary bath salts, soaps, shampoos, towels and robes are provided for your convenience and comfort. The top floor holds a double-suite bedroom with two queen-sized beds as well as a sofa, chairs, additional wardrobes, and a flatscreen TV. Overlooking the entrance to the double-suite is a skylight - perfect for bringing natural light into the house. This is the ideal home for a group of friends, a family, couple, or an individual looking to escape everyday life and indulge some leisure time for a few days and nights. Guest access Our home offers complete guest access to any part of the house. We allow 2 off-street parking spaces. We have a 22" charcoal Kettle shaped Grill you ate welcome to use, however we usually dont keep charcoal on hand so you will need to bring your own. Guests are also welcome to use any of the Saw Creek Estates amenities which features: 2 indoor pools and 2 indoor whirlpool spas, 4 outdoor pools (with 2 kiddie pools and an outdoor whirlpool), the Top of the World (TOW) clubhouse restaurant, indoor/outdoor tennis, access to Mill Pond's beach and boats, basketball, racquetball and fitness centers, as well as private skiing. SIX amenity passes are provided free with your booking. Please Note: Since we only offer 6 Amenity passes, if your booking with a a party of more than 6 then you will have to take turns using the passes as 6 is all we can offer. This is only relevant if you plan to use the amenities within the community. Other things to note During extreme weather conditions, a blackout may occur. Flashlights and other essentials will be stored in every room.
