It features a ping-pong table, birds, chickens, dogs, a cat, and dozens of fruit and native trees. 💧 Spring water supply, plus a water purifier with bacteriological efficiency and Class A particle filtration. 🛏️ Two extra single mattresses available for the 5th and 6th guests. 🕒 Flexible check-in/check-out times upon prior arrangement. Guest access 🌿 Outdoor area is shared with the owners, and guests have free access to: • Frescobol, and a portable barbecue grill • 🚗 Parking and full access to the property’s trails and grounds • 🍍 Guests are welcome to enjoy sugarcane and any fruits in season — such as pear, avocado, lime, orange, tangerine, pomegranate, pitanga, araçá, guava, cajá-anão, pineapple, fig, acerola, jabuticaba, and more. Other things to note 🌿 Tips for your stay We recommend bringing mosquito repellent and warm clothing. 🛏️ For the 5th and 6th guests, we have two extra mattresses available. 📺 The house features a 32” LCD TV, parabolic antenna, DVD player with various movies, and an HDMI cable to connect a laptop. The internet works very well. 🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and a thermos flask. 🔥 Electric heaters, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer are available. 🎲 We provide playing cards, frescobol, and ping-pong. 🛒 About 1.5 km away is Stucky’s grocery store, which sells basic products and also has a bar with snooker and karaoke. ⏰ It is usually open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., with the bar sometimes closing later.
