The Brambles At Sprotts Farm

The Brambles at Sprotts Farm is a light, bright and large barn conversion - perfect for families or groups and couples who enjoy more space. Set in 10 acers of land Sprotts Farm, is a farm dating back to the 18th century. Off the beaten track, we are tucked away from the world down a private drive. Our guest can unwind by the outdoor pool, toast marshmallows on our fire pit, play pool or table tennis in the games room or explore the beautiful Suffolk side! The space Sleeping 4 or 5 guest with a “trundle bed” in the twin room, The Brambles boasts a family size sitting room, dining room and a modern cottage kitchen. The King Size master bedroom sits opposite the twin room at the back of the cottage, both with garden/woodland views. There is a family sized bathroom with over bath shower and an extra loo in the cloak room. A large utility room with extra fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer doubles as a boot room for kicking off muddy wellies after a long walk. Outside is a private garden that encompasses the cottage along with more than ample parking We also have an outdoor heated pool, open to guest May though to the end of August 10am to 4pm The Games room and large BBQ/firepit area is also very popular with our guests. The Brambles is one of three cottages within 10 acers, there is loads of space for you to explore, so dogs are very welcome. Entrance into the boot room with Washing machine and tumble dryer and large fridge freezer Small WC Kitchen - large family kitchen with cooker, microwave, hob, small fridge, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Dining room- table to seat 8 with pretty garden views Sitting room - Large sitting room with original beams. TV & DVD player Bedroom 1 - King Size bedroom with Garden and Woodland views Bedroom 2 Twin room with two single beds and a "trundle" bed if needed, garden and woodland views Bathroom- family size bathroom with over-bath shower and W/C Guest access You will have access to all of the gardens , the games room, the BBQ and firepit area and of course between May and the end of August our heated outdoor swimming pool -10 am to 4pm everyday. Other things to note Please note, we have a pond so please keep a close eye on any children. We also have free range chickens, so please keep your dogs on a lead.
