Antico Borgo La Torre - Marta

The apartment Marta is part of the farmhouse Antico Borgo La Torre, located 27 km south-east of Florence, in a sunny and quiet position, immersed in the green Tuscan countryside. The apartment of 125 sqm is located on the first and second floor of one of the two main buildings of the farmhouse. The farm has 32 hectares of land comprising of vineyards, olive groves and a large natural garden with a small private lake and a 20-meter swimming pool which all guests can enjoy. The first floor of the apartment includes: a large terrace furnished with tables and garden chairs; a living room with fireplace, two sofas, dining table and cable TV; a separate fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher; a bathroom with shower/bidet/WC. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds and a double bedroom with a single bed in an adjacent bedroom (and possibility of adding a second single bed); the three bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with shower/bidet/WC. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, gas heating and fans in all bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a 20 metre long swimming pool overlooking the lake and relax in the calm of the countryside. Please note that the wearing of a swimming cap is compulsory. The farmhouse lies in the centre of the triangle Firenze-Siena-Arezzo. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, and also the ideal base from which to enjoy the cultural heritage of Tuscany. The nearest railway station (3 km away) is Figline-Valdarno, from which you can reach the centre of Florence or Arezzo in 20 minutes. The closest airports are in Florence, Pisa and Bologna. In the farmhouse private car park, there is an electric car charging point.
