Our home is a 10 minute drive to A&M. 3 bedrooms 2 bath-- a blue primary room with adjustable tempurpedic king bed, a farmhouse room with a twin trundle which can be made into 2 twins or king bed, and a blue room with a twin bunk bed. Jam out on the piano and guitars, borrow a book, or watch the Aggies BTHO our competitors. We have a good sized fenced in backyard for dogs and kids to play or for adults to grill. A garden filled with flowers, veggies, and fruit and plenty of play space for kids! The space If you're wanting to book multiple nights inquire about my discount! Airbnb doesnt have an option to set it to apply discount to only 2 night stays but I would love to throw in a discount if you're booking more than one night! This is our primary residence. We have toddlers and babies so all cabinets are able to be made child proof. We will set the child proof lock to on for cabinets we do not anticipate you will need. There are 3 bedrooms: The farmhouse room has a trundle day bed, which allows for 2 twin beds, but is typically set up as a single twin. Please let us know if the other twin will need to be set up. The blue library primary bedroom has a comfortable Tempurpedic king bed. The 3rd bedroom is a light blue room with a bunk bed. Please no more than 220 lbs on the top bunk. There is a changing table and tons of childrens books to read. We have a pack n play which can be set up in anyroom. You are more than welcome to use the changing area and toys and whatnot. Also the couch in the living room is incredibly comfortable and is a viable sleeping option as well extra sheets and blankets will be located in the farmhouse room. The mudroom is through the door adjacent to the dining area. You are able to leave your dogs in here when you are not present at the house. Please be sure to lock the door entering into the dining area before leaving them. The kitchen is stocked and you are welcome to use dishes, pots and pans, etc. These are located on top of the fridge, which might be hard to reach if you are shorter. Feel free to borrow oil, spices or essential whatnots. We just ask that before you leave, that dishes used go into the dishwasher, and pots and pans used, are washed and put back where you found them. There are toys galore in each of the baskets at the bottom of the living room shelves. Kids are free to play with them, we just ask you to not take any of them. We are also board game enthusaists and have dozens to choose from insude of the coffee table. Please put pieces back neatly when done. The backyard is a great place to hang or have dogs run around. There is a grill, a hammock, a children's playset, extra baby swings hanging from trees, and a playhouse. We also have a gated off garden area on the right side of the backyard that we do not want pets in. Feel free to peruse the vegetable and fruit garden and try anything that is ripe! Dependent on season, some of the garden areas may not be in bloom. You are welcome to all areas of the house except for the closet in the primary bedroom and garage! You are welcome to use the grill if you are experienced. However, please do not attempt to do so if you are not. Also please remember to turn the gas off when done. We don't mind y'all having a couple of people over to celebrate graduations, but we just ask that you please let us know how many extra people will be there during the day and that you take responsibility for any damage done. If no damage is done, no extra charge will be added after your stay. We are glad to host anyone of any background and will be sure to make you feel welcomed during your stay. However, this is our primary residence and we are a Catholic family with toddlers and babies. Much of the decor in the home and garden will show this. We kindly ask you to be respectful of the space. If religious decor would be offensive to you, please consider booking a different option. Guest access You may enter in through the front door. It has a keypad. You can park in the driveway or on the street. During your stay This home is our primary residence, so we will probably be out of town so that you are able to have the whole space to yourself. But we are always able to be contacted by phone, text, or through AirBnB. Other things to note We do have 3 dogs, however they are non-shedding and will not be present during your stay.
