La Pantoufle, holiday home with a view

A holiday home equipped with every modern comfort. On a quiet road overlooking the picturesque village of Vencimont. 500 m away from the woods. 800m from Vencimont with a bakery, restaurant, butcher. From the house you can take beautiful walks in the woods and the valley of the Houille that you can always hear. In the house there are four bedrooms, kitchen, sitting area, dining area, laundry, garage and play area. Around the house a forest to romp around and a petanque court. The space This recent and modern house has been completely refurbished and equipped with every comfort for an unforgettable holiday in this beautiful region. It is located on top of a mountain and overlooks the picturesque village of Vencimont. We have often stayed in different houses ourselves and so we know perfectly what you may need. We also regularly stay in the house, so it is not a clean holiday home, but a house with a soul. All bedrooms have lovely box springs and there is central heating everywhere. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom, the two upstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom with toilet. On the ground floor and the upper floor there are separate toilets. For the children, there is a nice play area on the landing, toys and games are provided. There is also a separate TV room with cable TV so you can watch quietly without disturbing others. Outside you can play in the forest around the house and the fields. There is a petanque court with a terrace and a fire bowl for cozy summer evenings. On the terrace around the house you can put a table and eat outside, if it rains you can under the canopy. A barbecue is also included. From the house you can take beautiful walks and mountain bike in the infinite forests that reach into France. When you descend the mountain, you can hike through varied nature in the valley of the Houille. Hiking and mountain bike maps are waiting for you. Don't feel like cooking, then you can descend to Vencimont in 10 minutes and go to restaurant there. They also deliver to home. Guest access The house is all yours. There are four bedrooms, each with a double bed. In one of the rooms there is an extra bunk bed, and in another a single bed. You can choose for yourself. Please leave the rooms or beds that are not used tidy for the next guests. Please remove the sheets from the beds that were used, so we know which ones have been used. Other things to note There is room for two cars in the driveway. Next to the driveway, there is an extra parking for two cars. There is firewood for the wood stove (€0.50 per block) and charcoal for the BBQ (€5 each time). You can leave this contribution in the house. You can also bring it yourself.
