We love living in Wilmington and have years of hosting experience before moving here a year ago. The house is within walking distance to major offices downtown as well as the Wilmington Hospital. Additionally, we are right off I-95 providing easy access to travel. The space The house is three stories and the offered private room is the only room on the third floor. You have a private attached bathroom as well as a large closet, plenty of natural light, and modern amenities. During your stay We are renting out the room on a monthly basis.
