The residence Le Clos Saint Martin, renovated in 2015, located in the medieval city, has two studios and two duplexes. The residence offers you the opportunity to enjoy its wellness area with an extra charge (balneo bath and sauna), located in its inner courtyard with a private garden offering panoramic views of the cathedral. Located in Laon, the former capital of France, the duplex "Les Capucines" offers you a magnificent panorama of the cathedral and the fortified city, perched on its hill, which is worth the name of "Mountain crowned". Ideal location to discover Laon, its ramparts, medieval monuments, mansions and ramparts walks to discover the vast Picardy plain on one side and the slopes of Ile de France on the other. Overlooking the Cave St Vincent you will fall in love with this pretty duplex which is located in an inner courtyard with a private garden that will offer you peace and relaxation. You will appreciate the beauty of the landscape at dusk and can admire the beauty of the cathedral while letting you invade by its majesty! The 52 m² " Les Capucines " duplex is furnished in a contemporary and warm spirit. Located on the 1st floor, it is composed of a very bright main room offering you magnificent views of the cathedral. This spacious duplex is open to a living room (TV, internet) equipped with a convertible (140 x 190 cm), dining room, equipped kitchenette (stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher). Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) attic with exposed beam and a bathroom with bathtub. This apartment can accommodate 4 people. You also have the option of staying homes to share a group stay. You have at your disposal a bathtub, a sauna and a hydro-jet shower. Price for 1 or 2 people for a 40-minute session (towel not provided ): €30,on reservation on arrival.
