Duplex "Les Capucines" Laon medieval city

During this pandemic period, we have strengthened our cleaning and disinfection protocol for housing. The Clos Saint Martin residence, renovated in 2015, located in the medieval city has two studios and two duplexes. The residence offers you the possibility to enjoy its wellness area with a supplement (balneotherapy bathtub and sauna), located in its inner courtyard with a private garden offering panoramic views of the cathedral. Located in Laon, the former capital of France, the duplex "Les Capucines" offers a magnificent panorama of the cathedral and the fortified city, perched on its hill, which earned it the name of "Crowned Mountain". Perfect location to discover Laon, its ramparts, medieval monuments, mansions and walks of the ramparts to discover on one side the vast Picardy plain and on the other the hillsides of the Ile de France. Overlooking the St Vincent tank, you will fall in love with this beautiful duplex which is located in an interior courtyard with a private garden that will offer you calm and relaxation. You will appreciate the beauty of the landscape at nightfall and can admire the beauty of the cathedral by letting yourself be overwhelmed by its majesty! The 52 m² duplex "Les Capucines" is decorated in a contemporary and warm spirit. Located on the 1st floor, it is composed of a very bright main room offering a magnificent view of the cathedral. This spacious duplex is open to a living room (TV, internet) equipped with a convertible sofa (140 x 190 cm), dining room, equipped kitchenette (stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher). Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) attic with exposed beam and a bathroom with bathtub. This apartment sleeps 4 people. You also have the possibility, thanks to the availability of the accommodation, to come and share a group stay. Guest access A terrace in the private garden is available for guests. During your stay, for your well-being and relaxation, Le Clos Saint Martin invites you to enjoy the benefits of its wellness area, which is located near the accommodation, in the inner courtyard. You have at your disposal a spa bath, sauna and hydro-jet shower. Price for 1 or 2 people for a 40-minute session (towel not provided): €30, upon reservation at check-in. Opening hours: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Other things to note Tourist tax is 1.10 euro/day and per adult.
