The space The flat has been renovated, decorated and equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. The suite (private bedroom and bathroom) features: - A king-size bed and 1 sliding single bed, which is under the double bed (request via chat) - Linen with new, high-quality bed and bath linens - Work desk and chair - Giant Smart TV (65 inches) with cable channels and connected to the internet with streaming services - Small kitchen equipped with minibar, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery - Cold water purifier - Wi-Fi - Cabinet with iron and ironing board - Hair dryer Important: Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed unless accompanied by their parents or with a legal presentation of those responsible registered in a notary's office. Cyclinn has a team available to provide any necessary assistance. The rented rooms also have services such as a 24-hour front desk and daily housekeeping. We emphasize that the flat is a condominium and, despite being located within the structure of a hotel, it is independently managed by Cyclinn. If you need anything during your rental, just contact us via chat. Guest access The flat is at R. Pedroso Alvarenga, 1256, and to check in, just present a photo ID at the reception and they will give you the access card to the flat. The structure of the place where the room is, has: • Rooftop pool • Dry sauna and wet sauna • Gym • Bar and Restaurant • Laundry • Meeting rooms and other common areas. The administration of the common areas is carried out by the condominium and third-party companies, so that we are unable to guarantee or control how the operation of the areas they manage will unfold, as well as the way in which their operation will be carried out. Other things to note The condominium is currently undergoing renovation of the restaurant and mezzanine bathrooms. The renovation is scheduled to end on 09/15/2023 and does not disturb the interior of the room and none of its amenities, but there may be noise and some movement in the entrance corridor from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We also have daily housekeeping that can clean the unit if you see the need. Check-in time is from 4 p.m. onward. Earlier check-in is only possible through consultation and based on room availability. Standard check-out time is by 12 p.m. and late check-out without Cyclinn's consent may result in additional charges and blocking for future stays. In order to maintain the quality of the property, layettes, furniture and other utensils for tenants who rent later, smoking is prohibited, as is any type of intervention, modification or decoration that causes deterioration in any objects, such as the use of glue, candle, stickers and rose petals. It should be noted that misuse of the property will incur additional charges and blockage for new rentals The sliding bed can be assembled upon advance request, but it cannot be programmed for reservations made after the standard check-in time. Services such as breakfast, laundry and restaurant with room service are not included and are only offered on site, and can be requested and paid for there. The conditions mentioned here are sent through a lease agreement after confirmation for formalization by digital signature.
