Bright and spacious, with a clever mix of modern and traditional décor, St Hilary's House has a snug and a family room as well as a sitting room, allowing all ages to do their own thing and get together when appropriate. With a Smart television with Blue-ray DVD, there's also table football, a mini grand piano, a vinyl record player, plenty of books and games, a card table and a TV-free sitting room - ideal for all ages and interests. The kitchen has a double range oven, a useful pantry and all the white goods you could need for a big family get-together. Plus there's a handy boot room and a cloakroom for when you return from the beach or muddy walks. Upstairs is no less impressive. Five bedrooms, four of which are en-suite, offer a selection of super-king, king and twin rooms, making it perfect for larger groups and families. There's a travel cot available for the youngest of guests. A large pretty enclosed garden wraps around the detached house, with patio, and garden furniture, as well as ample parking in the driveway. Even the family dog is welcome, and will enjoy the secluded garden. Situated on the edge of the popular village of Little Walsingham, you can catch the narrow-gauge steam train to the seaside town of Wells. In fact the train runs by the bottom of St Hilary's House garden, prompting some guests to say they feel like The Railway Children as the train toots when it passes! A short walk to the excellent village farm shop as well as two local pubs and all the village interest, St Hilary's House is also just a short drive or bus ride to the coast, making it a wonderful destination any time of year, as many returning families will testify. Pantry Fridge/freezer and storage cupboards and shelving Boot room Also with direct access from the garden, this is a handy space with plenty of hooks for coats. Snug With wood burning stove, well-stocked bookshelves, a selection of games, table football, a card table and baby grand piano. Family room With large L-shaped sofa, armchair, sheepskin rug, Smart television with Blue-ray DVD and a selection of games. WC & Wash room WC, basin First Floor: Master bedroom suite comprising of bedroom one and bedroom four From the landing the door leads into a small inner hallway with seating and storage. Master bedroom The main bedroom has a super-king-size bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Bedroom four A separate room with two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table and views over the extensive garden. Bathroom A bathroom completes the master suite, with large shower, twin basin vanity unit, bath with handheld shower and WC. Bedroom two A king-size bed, wardrobe and dressing table. En-suite bathroom With a bath and handheld shower, wash basin and WC. Bedroom three (mini suite) A doorway off the landing leads into an inner hallway. From this hallway, there is a bedroom with full size twin single beds with upholstered bedheads and wardrobe. Shower room With shower cubicle and wash basin and a separate cloakroom with WC. There is a door from the shower room that leads to the fire escape (for security, this door is kept locked with bolts at the top and bottom). Bedroom five Twin single beds with wicker bedheads and built-in wardrobe. En-suite shower room With a shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Outside: The pretty enclosed large garden, with well stocked borders, wraps around three sides of the property with a west-facing patio. There is a spacious gravel parking area for seven cars.
