Maison Fleurie, Lac de Guerledan with private pool

Maison Fleurie is ideally located in a tranquil, peaceful location but within easy reach by car of the large Market Town of Rostrenen. The cottage is for four guests and has a private heated swimming pool open from Mid May to Mid September. Well presented and equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday including a large BBQ, Patio furniture and the all important WIFI. Close to the beautiful Lac de Guerledan and the Canal. Gites en Bretagne The space All bed linen, t towels and bath mats are provided but NO towels. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Free WIFI is available, no extra charges are made for electricity during the period from Mid May to Mid September . The swimming pool is heated, fenced and gated to comply with French regulations. The pool is for the sole use of the four guests at the cottage. The cottage must be left as you found it clean and tidy or opt to pay for a final clean whilst at the cottage. Strictly no pets allowed. Other things to note This cottage has a Sunday changeover. We provide all bed linen but no towels. Swimming pool Please note upon arrival that there is an alarm on the swimming pool, so you will need to read the instructions in the house on how to operate this before entering. The swimming pool is one of the facilities that guests enjoy most when staying at the property. To help us to maintain the pool to a high standard, we have a request to ensure you and other guests can enjoy it at its best.  Please do not use sun tan lotions or creams when using the pool. These products damage the pool filtration system and permanently stain the pool liner above the water liner. We therefore request that if guests require sun protection whilst using the pool, you purchase UV T-shirts which are available from Amazon and most leading sports shops(these are not expensive).  If we find sun tan lotion in the poolor filtration system, you will forfeit your security deposit.
