Beautiful and cozy 6th floor studio apartment (French balcony/elevator building) in the heart of Oulu with good transport connections. Our apartment has a 140cm double bed and a 80cm single bed behind a separate door in its own space. Wall-mounted TV and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is well equipped (note no oven and a portable table stove), especially for a shorter stay. Towels and bed linen are always included in the price of the accommodation. We focus on cleanliness. Welcome! The space The cozy apartment is fully available to the tenant. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Guest access Access to the apartment for rent from 3 pm, but with the reservation situation it may be possible earlier. Check-out by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Other things to note Parties and smoking in the apartment are strictly forbidden! We will immediately address any violations and may charge a €300 penalty for this. We also ask you to take into account the other residents living in the housing association. Quiet hours from 10 pm.
