Right outside the front door, you can start hiking and biking tours through the beautiful nature of the Erzgebirge. In winter, groomed cross-country trails nearby and the Wurzelrudi ski arena in the neighboring town of Eibenstock with ski rental and a ski school invite you to ski. The idyllic reservoir in the middle of the forest is only 10 minutes away on foot. Dogs are very welcome and have plenty of space on the large property. The space Our cozy vacation home offers you a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen – ideal for relaxing vacation days. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer combination, oven with ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. In the living area, a comfortable sofa bed (additional sleeping space for a 3rd person), TV and a fireplace invite you to spend cozy hours. The underfloor heating or the fireplace provides cozy warmth. Firewood or fire briquettes can be brought by guests or provided for a fee. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a spacious sliding door closet. The modern bathroom has a floor-level shower, vanity unit and toilet. A spacious hallway with a wardrobe offers additional storage space. Guest access The cottage is available for exclusive use. The separate entrance is via a short stone staircase with three steps. This way, you can enjoy privacy and tranquility during your stay. Other things to note The vacation home is ideal for families with small children. The large garden offers plenty of space to play and romp around. A sandbox is available for the little guests, and in summer a private paddling pool can be set up. On the separate terrace you can enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. Amenities include patio furniture with a table, chairs and a bench, as well as a small charcoal grill and a fire bowl for cozy evenings in the open air.
