Brookland Haven Retreat – The Terrace

Enjoy you stay in DC at my comfortable house, with a total of three bedrooms available, located in the Brookland neighborhood. Each bedroom is listed separately, but you can rent multiple rooms if needed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Plenty of on-street parking. NOTE: Airbnb is mistakenly saying you get the "Entire home to yourself." This is a private bedroom in a shared house. I'm working with Airbnb to get this tech problem fixed. The space The private bedroom is on the second floor and gets great light during the day. The room has a queen-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a couch, a soft rug, a large mirror, and a TV. There's a large closet with hangers and empty shelves. Guest access On the first floor, you'll have access to the living room and open kitchen/dining room. There's a washer and dryer off the kitchen. You'll also have access to the back patio, which has a table and chairs. On the second floor, you'll find your private bedroom and the shared bathroom. You can do light cooking in the kitchen. Please clean up after cooking and put away cleaned dishes. During your stay I live in the house on the ground floor. You can let yourself in on your own, but if I’m around, I’m happy to show you around. Other than that, I am used to having renters in the space, and I fully respect your privacy. Other things to note If you need transportation from the airport to the house, I can pick you up. I do charge extra — the amount that Uber would charge.
