House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We look forward to hosting our vacation rentals in the 2019 architecture tours. The space Each apartment is individually tailored and lovingly furnished with a mix of modern and old. The bathrooms and cooking lines have been completely new. This holiday apartment is on the first floor of the house, but is on the first floor due to its hillside location. It consists of one bedroom and one living room/dining room with kitchenette. The balcony extends over the entire south side of the house offering a wide view over the gardens of the quiet residential area and the southern Maindreieck with the medieval city center of Ochsenfurts less than a kilometer away. This view can also be enjoyed from the comfortable box spring bed in the spacious bedroom if the two hinged doors to the balcony are open. One to two additional guests can stay on the sofa bed in the living/dining room if needed. If the diverse gastronomy of the region is not tried out, a kitchenette is available for the preparation of smaller meals. These can then be enjoyed on the raised dining table with 4 bar stools or on the balcony. Of course, in addition to satellite TV, free Wi-Fi is available in both apartments. You are also welcome to use our wine fridge in the entrance area. Wines are our passion and we have made a small regional selection, which we will provide to them at a winegrower price.
