Lovely house in Greek Calabria in Hamlet of Bova

The accommodation consists of a newly renovated detached house on one level, located in the historic center of Bova with one bedroom, one open space consisting of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, small covered veranda. Orientation facing the sea. The conservative recovery has tried to keep the original structure intact (facade with exposed stone, trusses , ancient arch, wall niche ...) and to made the rooms welcoming and functional. The space The covered veranda overlooking the village and the sea and a large lime tree, furnished with two chairs and a small table, allows you to have breakfast outdoors all year round, read a book and smoke (in the other spaces of the house it is no smoking). The Guest house enjoys every comfort: air conditioning, WIFI heating, ... In the open space there is a comfortable double sofa bed, in the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed. It is possible to transform the room with 3 single beds and instead of opening the sofa bed put a single bed in the open space. Guest access The Guest house is entirely for guests.
