Welcome to Stable Retreat, a relaxing two bedroom detached converted stables retaining many of the original features with a cosy wood burner, fully equipped kitchen, 1/2 acre of garden, a large parking area and check in via a lock box making a perfect year round destination. Located in the beautiful Waveney Valley, ideally located for visiting The Broads, the stunning coastline and countryside of the Norfolk/Suffolk border, quaint towns and historical Norwich. A generous Welcome pack is included The space Welcome to Stable Retreat, our relaxing detached two bedroom converted stables retaining many of the original features with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a separate lounge with a cosy wood burner making an all year round destination! You will enjoy your own 1/2 acre of garden with various seating areas and a guest gas BBQ. A large shingle parking area is provided which is a 135 metre walk from the accommodation Ideally located in the beautiful Waveney Valley with access to The Broads, the Norfolk/Suffolk countryside, and the stunning beaches from a 12 minute drive away, quaint market towns and many places of interest are less than a 30 minute drive away including the lovely historical city of Norwich. Leave the hustle and bustle of a busy life behind; relax and enjoy the big open skies on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Included in the rental is a generous Welcome hamper of filter coffee, tea, sugar, instant coffee, milk, cereals, bread, butter, free range eggs, preserves, snacks (please be aware of any allergies ie: nuts). For convenience we also provide basic condiments, washing up liquid, a dishcloth, cleaning products, hand soap and tea towels. The kitchen/dining area is fully functional including a 4 ring hob, grill and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots/pans/bakeware and plenty of china, glasses, cutlery, utensils etc The lounge area has two sofas, a wood burner, tables, freeview TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, DVDs, CDs, books and games. The sleeping arrangements are : The main bedroom has a double bed, free view TV, two wardrobes, two chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. All bed linen is included. The second bedroom has a double bed, side tables, chest of drawers, hanging space and tv. All bed linen is provided The Shower Room has a large shower cubicle with a hand held shower and drencher, sink and WC. Towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shower wash, shampoo and conditioner are all included. A Bath sheets, hand towel and flannel are provided for guests Additional Information : We are in a rural Norfolk where WiFi and mobile strength will not be as strong as elsewhere so patience may be needed. Access is via a key lock box. Guests have the use of their own large off road parking area. There is a 135 metre walk from the parking area to the accommodation following the path through the main and top garden to Stable Retreat.
