Rest assured you will enjoy staying here whether you are a couple, on your own, or on business. Grantham is lovely and peaceful. Sir Isaac Newton & former PM Margaret Thatcher was born here. Close to amenities, Harlaxton Manor, Belton House, Belvoir Castle, business parks & 10-15 mins walk to the station, 1 hour from London Kings Cross. Easy access to the A1, A46, A52. The house is comfortable and relaxing. The bedroom is on the top floor with powerful shower in the Jack'n'Jill en-suite The space The bedroom is lovely, warm, bright and comfortable with a Jack'n'Jill en-suite shower room with plenty of storage on the top floor of our house giving views over Grantham. Within the bedroom there's a bedside table and lamp - small folding table and chair - wi-fi access with portable USB laptop reading light. Slimline cupboard/bookcase and small 4 drawer chest. There's a separate cosy reception room on the ground floor with a tv for further relaxation and handy for guests looking for a longer stay. Guest access Guest are able to use the 2nd reception room on the ground floor for their relaxation and where they are able to watch TV as required. The kitchen is well equipped and available to all guests who are welcome to make tea, coffee, and dine in. Unfortunately, given the high utility price increases cooking is only available to guests staying 1 week or longer in order to maintain the current room prices. The garden is available for use depending on the weather! Free parking is available on the street outside the house - It's best to park on the opposite side of the house. During your stay Guests are allowed space and privacy, and I will be available as needed. Other things to note A key will be available to guests - please post the key through the letterbox on departure. Loss or failure to leave the key will incur a charge of £10 which will be claimed via Airbnb within 48 hours of departure. No cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking - guests are expected to leave all areas used in a clean and tidy manner as found. Should any areas used are left in an unduly or unreasonable untidy, unclean manner a £15 cleaning charge will be claimed via AirBnB within 48 hours after departure. The wi-fi password is available in the room upon arrival. Guests can check-in from 2 pm Saturday and Sunday and check out by 10 am Saturday and Sunday only. Monday to Friday check-out is by 9.00 am. Under normal circumstances, the bathroom is a Jack'n'Jill en-suite to 2 bedrooms dedicated to Airbnb guests. Both bedrooms use the same en-suite, with access from their own room. It's not shared if no other guests are booked in at the same time.
