Modern cabin, with open kitchen, large south-west facing terrace overlooking the fjord. Cozy fireplaces. 2 min walk to beach & pier. Tiled floors are heated. Chilly evenings are lovely in wood fired hot tub. Near fishing village Drøbak and Oslo (40 min by car). Great view from the hammock and terrace. Private. Excellent for running, road and single track biking. Trampoline and dolls house. Beds are made, towels and firewood included (in contrast to many Airbnbs in Norway). The space A modern, warm and comfortable cabin with great view. Close to Oslo (40 min car), and the village of Drøbak (15 min car), yet quiet and undisturbed. Perfect as a base for exploring Southern Norway, or just relax. The play house, swing and trampoline will keep kids busy for hours. Sunny days means sunbathing, swimming, boating, fishing and time in the hammock. Overcast days offer hiking, running, biking (incl. single track), hot tub and time in front of the fire place. The lightness and harmony of and view from the cabin makes you in any circumstance relax. The quietness and comfortable beds makes you sleep like a baby. Your beds will be made and towels are included, in contrast to all Airbnb cabins that we have rented in Norway. Two comfortable double beds with frame mattresses (spring and mattress topper) 200 x 160 cm and 210 x 180 cm. The outdoor shower makes you take nature in (there is of course an indoor shower too). Partial renovation of the cottage took place in 2024. Parties and events not allowed. Guest access Cabin 90 sqm with great view., fire place and hot tub. Parking right at cabin. 7,2 KW EV charging outlet free of charge (blue 3-pin industrial socket). The master bedroom has a full view of the Hallangen inlet (adjoining the Oslo fjord that you also see). As do the kitchen, dining room and living-room with the fire place. All bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows/doors and blindings. Heated floors in bathroom, entre and along windows facing the views in south (although you will not need them during summer:). Extra shower with hot water outside, in connection with the hot tub, that is placed about 10 m from the cabin, also facing the view, but pulled back a bit. The hot tub is heated with firewood (included in contrast to most rentals in Norway). Nothing beats sitting there at night with a cold drink, listening to the fire and the quiet, looking at the sky that never get completely dark during summer. Then retire to the outdoor room facing the views, with a comfortable coach and radiant heater (in the ceiling). For the kids we have a special one-rope swing, two normal swings and a set of rings. Also a dolls house, a favorite with kids. Various toys for kids 3 and up, and games like badminton, crocket, Kubb, etc. Baby chair is in sea shed. All cabins in the area are placed on large, old, plots, so its very private. Woods behind the cabin. Cabin placed at the dead end of little road, so no through-fare. 5 arces of land. Otherwise there is a dishwasher, micro wave oven, laundry machine, stove with gas top and electrical oven, fully equipped kitchen, grill, TV and full heating (that we never use during summer). Beach stuff shed. Other things to note Even if not made for wheel chairs, access should be quite easy. Parking directly by cottage. 5G based WIFI.
