The residence is located 50 meters on foot or on skis from the new Les Boisses gondola lift and 200 meters from the center of Tignes 1800, where you will find shops, restaurants, the tourist office, the ESF ski school, a free shuttle to the lake, and more. Please note that this room does not have a window directly overlooking the outside: there is however a window overlooking the staircase and another overlooking the second bedroom. The apartment is a duplex, located on the 3rd and top floor of the building, which is an advantage for the view and tranquility but it should be noted that there is no elevator. A welcome booklet giving additional information about the apartment and the resort is available on request in a digital version. Rentals for 7 nights minimum. Rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Discount if rental period is longer than 15 days. Guest access Entire property rented. Only a closet is private. Other things to note ### Rental Agreement ### In order to comply with French regulations, a rental agreement must be signed by the tenant and the owner before entering the apartment. This document, which will include the elements reproduced on this site as well as the email and postal addresses, will be sent via an Internet link. It must be signed electronically by the tenant responsible for the reservation. Proof of identity may also be requested, just as proof of identity will be provided by the owner. ### Home ### The welcome is done by Carole or Celine, and sometimes by Stéphane. Access to the apartment is generally through the key box, which allows flexibility in check-in and checkout times. Upon request, access can be provided in person after agreeing on a check-in time. You will be contacted to arrange your arrival. ## # Towels & Towels / Option ### The bed linen and towels are not included in the rent. Three beds are available in the accommodation with two 190 x 80 cm mattresses (children's bunk beds) and a 190 x 140 cm mattress (adult double bed). However, these services are available as an option at the rates listed below: - Single bed linen kit: €15 - Double bed linen kit: €20 - 1-person towel kit (2 sizes of towels): €10 Rate as of 01/01/2026. Please note that this option is to be paid directly to the concierge. ### End-of-stay cleaning/ Option ### The end of stay cleaning is not integrated into the rent. However, it is available as an option for €60. Rate as of 01/01/2026. Please note that this option is to be paid directly to the concierge. If the cleaning option is not requested, the cleaning is indeed done by the tenants who give up the apartment, or by Carole and Celine. In any case, Carole and Celine do a finishing cleaning, but this may depend on the cleaning done by the tenants giving in. Do not hesitate to report any anomaly concerning an unscheduled or poorly done cleaning as soon as you enter the apartment.  In order to avoid any inconvenience for the following tenants, if the cleaning option has not been purchased, we thank you for making sure, at the time of returning the apartment, that the cleaning is completely done. This mode of operation does not systematically charge a cleaning fee, but it is based on trust. ### Parking / Option (in winter) ### - Free parking, not covered, is present next to the residence, but with a very limited number of spaces that does not guarantee a free space in the winter season. - Indoor parking is available very close to the apartment, about 80m from the residence. It is offered as an option for a rate between 40 and 100€ depending on the week of rental (information on request). ### Police card ### In order to comply with French regulations, an individual police card must be completed before entering the apartment by each tenant of foreign nationality (other than French). This police card reflects the marital status of each travel participant. This document will be sent to affected tenants via email. It will need to be completed by email.
