The space The house consists of 2 bedrooms ,a large living room (with a breakfast bar separating the kitchen )and a spacious bathroom.There are many windows and two patio doors that lead to a lovely courtyard , so the house is bright and pleasant all the day. It is fully equipped (cooker,oven refrigerator,coffee maker,toaster,T.V,radio,washing machine,hair dryer,central heating,fireplace ) The house is in a quiet ,wooded village ( RIFI), just 9 Km from Lixouri and in a short distance from some of the best island's beaches. ( PETANI 7 Km, Saint HELEN 3.5 Km,PLATIA AMMOS 5 Km, Xi 10 Km.) Near the village you 'll visit the monastry of KIPOURIA ,up to an impressive location ,from where you can enjoy an exceptional sunset! From L IXOURI ( 9km) you can visit the beaches of Xi, Lepeda and Megas Lakkos. You can also go to KOUNOPETRA or take the ferry-boat to ARGOSTOLI ( 15 minutes). In our village (Rifi)there is a traditional tavern that is open all the year and at the next village ( DAMOULIANATA) you'll find one of the best cheese factory of the island. Guest access The court of the house offers a cool and beautiful environment during the day. It is an ideal place for families with children (there are no cars in a large area arround the house). You can park your car out of the house. Notice that the island is big and the public transport isn't well developed.It is necessary tohave your own car or to rent a car from Lixouri.
