**STAY 3 DAYS FOR THE SAME PRICE AS 2**NEW HOT TUB** Our super large group/family retreat has 13 lovely en-suite rooms incorporating 19 beds, comfortably sleeping 30 people. We have recently modernised our entertainment room boasting a full size snooker table, darts, games, TV, party speaker and mic and comfortable seating for 30 people. This games room also features a bar area and 2 WC’s. For summer months we have extensive outside patios, furniture and BBQ (including complimentary Gas). The space Your booking gives you sole occupancy of the entire house, bungalow and entertainment room which are all situated in an adjoining, secure private garden. Each bedroom is lockable, has its own bathroom, TV and hot drink making facilities so guests are able to relax in privacy as well as party as a group! Guest access Guest benefit from sole occupancy to the entire complex. Other things to note We have access to a taxi service. There’s a children’s park next door. There’s 2 tennis courts and a playing field next door. We have links with the local shooting school, golf club and restaurants to arrange events/outings fit you. We are in the canal side and in the transpennine trail. The local pub is about a 5 minute walk, and serves lovely food.
