Guest house by the forest garden

On the grounds of Marlies Wernsing's riding stable "Reiten am Forstgarten" is the guest house with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, which was completed in early summer 2019. The space Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two small rooms, one with a single bed (120 × 200) and one with a double bed (on three sides of the wall, great for children) as well as a bathroom for shared use. Another double bedroom with bathroom is on the first floor, with private entrance on the rear gable (not barrier-free). On the first floor there is a large living room, another bathroom and a utility room with toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer. In the living-dining area you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes and cooking utensils, a large dining table for 10 people, large flat-screen TV and dance floor. In our "Honesty Bar" there is a Jura coffee machine and a selection of chilled drinks at small prices (please pay into the piggy bank) and a Quooker water filter (hot/cold/sparkling). For the use of the grill (gas) we charge €25 per stay. All beds are equipped with COCO-MAT mattresses and bedding made of 100% cotton and are ready for your arrival. Dish towels and small towels for hand washing are provided. This is included in the price. We lend additional towels for a fee: €5 per package (1 shower towel and 1 bath towel). Please let us know if you don't want to bring your own towels. There is a flat-screen TV in all bedrooms and underfloor heating and fly screens in all rooms. In every room there is at least one window with a fly screen. It really makes sense to open only these windows (horses are fly magnets, especially when it is warm ;-). Our house is really not suitable for small children. There is no special equipment such as stair gates, high chair, toys or travel crib. No pets allowed. Please let us know before booking if you need to bring an assistance animal. On the farm there is a riding school, but we do not offer riding holidays, horseback riding or pony riding. The horses and ponies cannot be rented or "borrowed" and are free on weekends and holidays. Guest access Free parking in the parking lot for a maximum of 4 vehicles. For unloading and loading, you can also drive briefly into the yard. Other things to note Please do not feed the horses and do not enter the paddocks!
