Enjoy a stay up in the trees in the Robbin's Nest Treehouse built by Charles Robbins. On a 4 acre wooded property, 10 minutes to Wrightsville Beach,1 minute from Intracoastal Waterway with paddle board, kayak and power boat rentals providing easy access to our beautiful North Carolina coast. A unique hand crafted treehouse inspired by Treehouse Masters. The interior features beautiful wood to bring nature inside. Outdoor porch and deck are perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The space My husband Charles Robbin's built The Robbin's Nest Treehouse, and yes we named it after him. It is inspired by Treehouse Masters TV show. Charles has built four treehouses in the area for different clients. This one is the largest. It is his creation and he has put a lot of his creativity into it. He loves beautiful wood and you will find it all around you. The kitchen sink is an antique "baby sink" used to bath infants. The various woods include Southern Elm, river recovered white Juniper, long leaf pine, red cedar, loblolly pine and more. The Treehouse may not be suitable for young children because of height and their ability to climb over most anything. We can talk about your specific needs though. There is a $25. per night for the fourth person. We are on private well, not city water. Guest access The Robbin's Nest Treehouse is private and is all yours. There is a private driveway and plenty of parking including wheelchair accessible paved area at end of ramp. There is room to park a horse trailer. We are in lovely residential area just North of Wilmington close to restaurants, shopping, movies and the beaches. As you turn into the driveway, make a quick right turn to the Robbins' Nest driveway. There is a sign on the road and a picture on this site. Other things to note Charles also has a river guide service, Captain Charles Robbins, Cape Fear River Adventures. Com. . Guiding trips on the Black River to see the ancient cypress trees. The oldest in the world at over 2600 years. These need to be scheduled well in advance in that they are a full day of kayak or canoe.
