Enjoy the tranquility and relaxation in this lovingly and ecologically restored estate. Plenty of space for the whole family, pure nature in the surroundings, hardly any cars, hardly any infrastructure and a life in harmony with nature. Cozy comfort and modern comfort ensure relaxed days on the Brandenburg cycle-hiking route and close to the nature reserve on the Stepenitz. The listed old manor house was built in 1821 and extensively restored in the last 2 years. The space The apartment is one of four apartments in the courtyard and has a brand new and modern bathroom & a new kitchen, as well as a guest toilet. In addition, there is a large living room and two bedrooms. The bedroom has a double bed (box-spring). Another large room (living or sleeping) has a living area with sleeping function for 2-3 people. In the living room, there is a sofa bed to fold out for 1 person. The apartment of course has its own entrance and a seating area with garden furniture and parasol. On request, the grill and the large trampoline can also be used. The farm offers plenty of space and since almost no cars drive, children and dogs can move freely. The old manor house was originally built in 1826 and now, after years of restoration with natural materials such as clay, it is finally finished. Rustic and modern at the same time, it enchants with many original details. The listed house offers plenty of space, restored original elements and modern feel-good furnishings (bathroom, kitchen: all new). The clay walls, which were installed after the core renovation, ensure a special feel-good climate. The Wi-Fi works really well (stable 100 mBit), only the cell phone network is terrible to non-existent in the region. But whoever comes here also wants to slow down ;) There are no shops in Helle. So it's best to shop before you arrive. In the neighboring villages there are grocery stores, supermarkets and (organic) farm shops. Two of the four apartments are connected by a connecting door, so that friendly couples or families do not have to walk "outside." This apartment has a connecting door to apartment 3, but it is locked and isolated when not in use. Guest access Parking in front of the house. The actual entrance for guests is from the courtyard - each apartment has its own entrance. Other things to note Helle has about 30 inhabitants whose houses are located around the village church. It is a very quiet village with almost no infrastructure: no shop, no baker, etc. A car is therefore necessary. In return, you have pure deceleration and tranquility.
