Villa Areti is a spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath and 1WC Villa, located on the island of Tinos. The space The view from Villa Areti is breathtaking: the blue Aegean Sea and sky as far as the eye can see, framed by the Islands of Syros and Gyaros to the South and West and some hills to the North. Take the stunning view over breakfast at the long table in the shaded terrace on the upper floor. Climb with your book at a shadowed corner at noon. Or watch the amazing colors of the sunset from the cozy lounge on the upper floor terrace. About fifty meters south, one can walk into a gulf with a mostly sandy beach. The house lays on a small 15,000 sq.m. (150,000 sq.ft.) Peninsula, 6 km (3.5 miles) north from the Port of Tinos, on a private waterfront plot of 5,000 sq.m. (50,000 sq.ft.) facing west- northwest and a few meters from the sea. The place is really quiet and the establishment spectacular and comfortable with a unique over 180 deg. view of Aegean Sea and the nearby islands of Syros and Gyaros. When the atmosphere is clear, which happens most of the time, during summer, one can also see the islands of Paros, Naxos, Kythnos and Kea. At sunset the view turns to be just magnificent and the house to a vista point. A house built loyal to the customary Cycladic architecture, features minimal but elegant and timeless style in hand-picked furnishings and eclectic décor. Feel as if you and your loved ones are all alone in the world and admiring the most stunning panoramic sea views all the way to nearby Islands. The Villa is built right on the seafront, on two levels. Villa Areti can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. There are two bedrooms overlooking the Aegean Sea on the upper floor and a third one looking at the garden.. One of them-the main bedroom- has an en- suite bathroom. A second bathroom and a WC accommodate the upper floor. Another bedroom overlooking the garden and the nearby gulf with its own bathroom and separate entrance are located on the lower level of the house. The modern and practical living spaces, such as the fully equipped modern kitchens one on each floor, the cozy bathrooms, the dining room, the living room with fireplace, are carefully furnished and decorated. About fifty meters south, one can walk into a gulf with a mostly sandy beach. Within walking distance of about 500 meters (1500 ft) north is the village of Agios Romanos with an over 300 m (1000 ft) long and wide beautiful sandy beach, part of which ( about 50 m- 159 ft) is organized with sun umbrellas, sun beds and a beach bar.
