Nice room with garden use

My house is located on the outskirts of the city. On the B 10 it is about 25 km to Stuttgart and 6 km to Esslingen. It is 30 km to the Swabian Alps. In just under 10 minutes you are on the highway towards Munich or Karlsruhe. The space The room is located in the attic and has a sloping ceiling. There is an external roller blind on the window for darkening the room. The sofa bed has a size of 140 × 200 cm (55 × 79 inches). A very small bathroom is located directly opposite the room. It has a window, a shower, and a sink; a hairdryer is provided. I charge €3 for the use of a towel. They are not included in the reservation here. The toilet is located 5 steps down in the stairwell. Tea and coffee can be prepared in the room. Cooking is not possible. A fridge and a microwave are available for shared use. My garden can also be used until 10 p.m. or at times agreed upon in person. So far, all guests have found a parking space not far from the house or in front of it. There is a solar panel system on the house. During your stay Since I am working, I am not always personally available. Other things to note On Mondays and Wednesdays I give yoga and Pilates in the evening. Guests are welcome to participate at short notice. Please ask for prices.
