Ideal location for visiting Glyndebourne, Lewes, Brighton, South Downs, Charleston & Monks House, Seven Sisters/south coast .Pub food within 5 mins walk, also buses to Brighton, Lewes, Tunbridge Wells and more. The space A relaxing, light and airy garden room with all new fittings and a green/botanical/plantation style decor. Outdoor seating in its own separate fenced garden. New small fridge, kettle, plates, cups, bowls, glasses, cutlery, and a simple vegan breakfast (sweet biscuits, cereals, milk, cereal bars, tea, coffee, orange juice etc) - please tell us, IN ADVANCE, if you would prefer cows' milk instead of oat or soya milk , and if you need GF foods! Please note there is free WiFi and DAB radio, but NO COOKING FACILITIES and NO TV! Guest access Free parking on quiet road. Other things to note LEWES BONFIRE CELEBRATIONS Please note that we are about three miles outside Lewes, so if booking for LEWES BONFIRE CELEBRATIONS, the price includes a lift to and from the nearest drop off point , from where you need to walk to the town centre - there is no public transport on that night and cars are not able to drive into or out of Lewes., from approx 4pm till 2am the following day.
