The Old Middle School Addingham

Addingham is a beautiful well kept, friendly village, Ideally situated for Weddings taking place at Bolton Abbey/Tithe Barn and Priest House/Barden Tower. With excellent amenities it has everything needed for a long or short stay. 3 George Street is recorded as being the original school room situated in the centre of the oldest part of Addingham Village. It has its own designated parking space, entrance to the front of the cottage is accessed via a short non vehicle pedestrian only street. The space Although recently renovated and modernised throughout, this period cottage retains its rustic charm and many original features including exposed beams, lintels, ceiling areas and clever use of storage space. On three floors this well proportioned cottage flexibly sleeps 4 First floor Super King size bed, second floor double with small sofa bed and ground floor King size sofa bed. Guest access The cottage has its own designated parking space for 1 vehicle, additional parking is in nearby car parks and street parking. There is a regular bus and Taxi service to nearby Towns and villages linking with Train services to Ilkley, Skipton and Keighley. There are stunning countryside and river walks and plenty of cycle routes to explore. Other things to note Families with babies and children should be fully supervised. There are no specific child safety features eg. Door cupboard safety catches, wall plug socket covers or stair gates. There are stairs inside the property and steps in the garden area. The Chiminea has no external safety guards. Hot tub So that guest do not pay for the hot tub within their booking fee if they do not use it, pre booking is required and a fee of £20 per night stay will be requested through the Airbnb site. £5-£10 reduction for for over 2 night stays and included for weekly plus stays. The tub will generally be emptied, cleaned an refilled for each separate booking.
