This cottage in the heart of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, 2 km from Lake Madine, is ideally located in the center of the Metz, Nancy, Verdun triangle, close to Pont-à-Mousson, Toul, Saint-Mihiel, Commercy. You can hike, mountain bike, golf 2 km away, the Chambley base is about ten km away, visit the 14-18 memorial sites. You are in the heart of the Lorraine countryside on the banks of the Côtes de Meuse. Ideal location to rest alone, as a couple or with family and children. The space This 80 m² cottage, rated 4 stars Atout France, labeled 3 keys Clévacances and "Valeurs parc naturel régional", located in an old farmhouse, built in 1829, completely renovated respecting the local architecture, combining the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. It is adjoining our home. You will access it through a private terrace overlooking the living room with its alcove, you will have a large equipped kitchen and a spacious bedroom. The bedding is 90 X 200 or 180 x 200, upon arrival, the beds are made to your liking (1 or 2 people), shower room and toilet are separate and equipped with grab bars as well as a seat for the walk-in shower. Outside, it overlooks a large, enclosed 4000 m² wooded plot, where you will find garden furniture, a petanque court, children's games and our swimming pool, open in season. Closed parking is available at the back of the house. On site you will find a grocery store, bar, small restaurant as well as a baguette vending machine and all types of shops within a radius of 3 to 5 km. The first charging station for electric vehicles is 3 km from our cottage. Following many disappointments, we no longer accept bookings from companies or made by third parties. Electricity included 20 kWh per day, beyond €0.20 per kWh, there may be a possible overrun in winter, the heating being electric, the supplement is to be paid at the end of the rental.
