Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct links to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in / late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :) The space Spacious apartment with open plan living / dining. Comprising sofa, large smart tv with Freeview and dining table for 4 guests. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need during your stay including washing machine. Bathroom contains shower over bath. The bedroom is fully furnished with king size bed, two double built in wardrobes (in case you can’t pack light!) and views to the communal green area. Car parking and bike storage available. Guest access Guest have private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Other things to note Please beware this property is STRICTLY non smoking. It is against the law to smoke inside the building. If you are a smoker please smoke outside away from the building. Thank you
