The cottage Pod Vořechem is located in the Bohemian Paradise in the village of Voděrady, near the Frýdštejn Castle. Due to the good location, you can soon be in the Krkonoše or Jizera Mountains. The recreational area is suitable for hiking, cycling and skiing. The building has been newly renovated and is fully equipped. There is a large garden with a pergola and a fireplace. The cottage is suitable for families with children and for a group of friends. In the case of this offer, a part of the house is available, the rest of the building will not be shared with you. The space Bedrooms and rooms: On the first floor we have 2 bedrooms - 1x3 beds and 1x4 beds. On the ground floor, we have a kitchen, a living room with an indoor fireplace, a dining room and a hallway. Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor, we have a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Transport, parking: Parking directly at the building. The cottage is fully equipped. We have a kitchenette with a hot-air oven. Also a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Of course, there is a kettle and a contact grill. The living room has two armchairs, a sofa bed, a coffee table and a TV. On the ground floor, there is also a spacious dining room with a dining table, chairs and a bench. You can connect to wifi throughout the property. Outside, we have a spacious pergola with garden furniture, a fireplace and a grill. The cottage is on the same plot as the owner's house, but it has a separate entrance, parking and garden. The cottage is heated by a heat pump, but you can also adjust the atmosphere with a fireplace. Guest access Part of the house is available, the rest of the building is not shared with you. The house is located on the same plot as the host's house, but nothing is shared, these are separate buildings😊 Other things to note BACHELOR PARTIES AND PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. WE ARE NOT A PARTY HOUSE. A recreational fee is payable on-site and is paid to the municipality. The fee is 20 CZK/night/person. Pets are only allowed by agreement, for a fee of 100 CZK/night.
