Self contained separate modern annex

You'll love our modern light annex which is separate to our home nestled in the heart of this popular Test Valley village. With a welcoming pub and a community shop within walking distance you have the freedom to eat out or bring provisions back to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. Whether you enjoy walking (we are midway on the Clarendon Way) cycling, fishing or fancy day trips out, Winchester Salisbury New Forest and plenty of National Trust properties are all within easy reach. The space The annex has been described by guests as very well thought out. Guests also say it looks exactly as it does in our pictures. Your own parking space awaits. Open plan layout: including a double bed, sofa, tv table/drawers hanging space for clothes, good size table for meals or working from home with a window overlooking our lovely front garden. Well equipped kitchen with all you need to truly self- cater and a fabulous shower room with power shower, heated towel rail, mist free mirror and a good but quiet extractor fan! Although there's no outside space you can sit on the balcony which overlooks our back garden and appreciate you don't need to do anything! Guest access You'll have parking reserved for you right next to the annex with a set of stairs to a private entrance.
