Old pilot station (Saaressa)

An ancient house on the island of Kuutsalo. You can get here by shuttle or (your own boat). Everything is a bit shabby, because in respect of the old, renovations have hardly been done. The perfect place to experience life in the 50s in the archipelago and enjoy nature, fishing and silence. Suitable for those with a wilderness spirit, who enjoy asceticism. A small rowboat and a paddleboard are available. Not suitable for those who are afraid of bugs or spiders. Winter occupancy, but the electricity bill is billed separately in winter. The space A boringly quiet place. Between the main house and the beach, a good 200m. On the beach there is a barbecue canopy, a jetty, a boathouse and a rowboat. In the yard, there is a snow grouse, in the sky, fish eagles, and on the shore, swans. An unidentified guy is digging corridors to the beach (otter?). Moose sometimes visit the yard. The house has 5 adult beds and 5 children's/youth beds (can also accommodate a smaller adult to sleep). There are also a few extra beds, so it can accommodate up to 8 adults and 5 young people/children. Guest access The property is located on an island with a connecting boat. You can't get to the island by car. Connection boat schedules in the pictures. From the connection boat dock to the cottage along a 2 km long, poor condition dirt road. For goods, there is the possibility of a paid ATV ride on request (in advance and on time). Other things to note Suitable for pioneering souls who can cope with more primitive conditions. There is no store on the island. There are ticks on the island, so a tick vaccine is recommended. If you bring a dog, make sure it stays on aways from sheep, birds, or the neighbor's yards.
