Sykamino Summer Villa and Pool House

Located on a 4000m2 plot, you enter into a private driveway to the property. The villa is surrounded with patio and terrace areas and at the back of the property is a 40m2 private pool area for sole use by occupants. We have a portable BBQ that will be available and set up on the patio by the pool. The pool is surrounded by terraces on which there is plenty of room for sun loungers, chairs, and tables for guests to relax and enjoy the views and magnificent sunsets. The space The three bedrooms in the upper floor and the living area have air-conditioning which offer heating and cooling options. Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. Inside: The bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs and each has access to a terrace area. Downstairs is the living area and kitchen and this has access to a covered outdoor terrace with dining for 8 at a marble-topped table. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are included and will be replenished every 7 days on multi-week bookings. If a longer stay is planned, then our key-holders can provide a mid-stay clean for 50 Euro (payable locally) To achieve the full benefits of the wonderful views, our living area, kitchen and outside dining are situated upstairs The pool area has a small kitchen with a refrigerator and makes a + big plus to be in the patio area .
