Newly furnished, modern 2-room apartment (approx. 60 square meters) in a quiet location in the west of Ulm. You can reach the city center in approx. 15-20 minutes' walk. The space The well-kept and fully furnished 2-room apartment is spacious, clean and modernly furnished. It is located on the 2nd floor in a residential building (without elevator, with electric door opener) and is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. Guest access The guest receives 2 keys (1 x entrance door, 1 x apartment door) and thus has complete privacy. Other things to note When you move in, the bed is freshly made for you and towels are ready. The apartment has a separate kitchen including dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge and freezer, dishes, pots and other accessories. In addition, you will find blankets, bed sheets, towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, iron/ironing board, hairdryer and much more in the apartment. We also provide you with a Nespresso coffee machine with 2 capsules and various teas for your stay. There is also free Internet access on site and a smart TV with Netflix.
