Our house was built in 1897 by our great-great-grandparents Carl & Marie and has been renovated in recent years by my family. It is located in Storkow, a small town in Brandenburg, 60 km southeast of Berlin city center. The house has two separate apartments, one on the first floor and one in the attic, which are rented separately. This is the listing for the attic apartment. If both apartments are rented, they can be connected via a door on the first floor. The space The apartment in the attic (approx. 50 +6 sqm) has a small bedroom (double bed 160x200) with chest of drawers, a kitchen with dining table and four chairs, a small living room right in the entrance area of the apartment with sofa bed (140x200), TV, armchair and small table, a bathroom with shower and a large balcony. There is also a small sleeping area under the sloping roof with a sofa bed (77 × 200). There could also be a crib here. In the hallway, on the lower floor, there is a wardrobe and storage space for jackets, shoes, suitcases, bags or strollers. The apartment is good for couples or 2-3 adults. Families consisting of 2 adults and 2 to 3 children also have enough space, depending on the age of the children. Four adults can comfortably stay for a weekend or 2-3 nights comfortably. After that, in our experience, it can get too tight. A high chair (TrippTrapp) and some children's toys and children's books are also available. A baby/child bed can be set up. Please let us know if you need one. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with 4 hotplates, oven and baking utensils, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, coffee maker, kettle and sufficient dishes, glasses, cutlery etc. In addition, some basics are available in small quantities for about two days, e.g. salt & pepper, oil, sugar, filter bags, dishwashing detergent/tabs. Linens and towels are included in the price. Guest access The property with garden is about 700 square meters and can also be used. There is a grill and a fire pit, a hammock and depending on the season also handcarts, balls, Kubb, badminton, bocce ball, children's bike and much more. If it snows in winter, we also have several sleds there, with which you can go sledding in the nearby "Waltersberge."
